Kids’ Night Out September 21 October 26 November 16 Do you need some extra time for yourself, but you’re wondering what to do with the kids? Need to get some holiday shopping done without the children? Then sign them up for Kid’s Night Out! Children ages 5 and older will enjoy an evening of fun crafts, games, dinner, dessert, popcorn and a movie. Each night will have a different theme! Cost is $17 for the first child and $13 for each additional child from the same immediate family. Please bring a sleeping bag or blanket to rest on during the movie. Time: 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm Location: Teen Center

'Tis the Season: Holiday Marketplace November 9 to November 10 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Get a jump start on all of your holiday decorating and gift giving needs at the Holiday Marketplace. Mostly Ghostly Thursday, October 31 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm Walnut Gymnasium & Teen Center (Parking Lot) Free! Calling all ghosts, goblins and ghouls! Come and celebrate spooky fun at this year’s Mostly Ghostly. You will have the opportunity to enjoy live entertainment, a costume contest, and games. Walnut’s Haunted Maze Friday, October 25 Saturday, October 26 Sunday, October 27 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm $3 per person Held at the Walnut Gym & Teen Center (21003 La Puente Rd., Walnut) Ghosts and ghouls will occupy the gym from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm with nothing but the spooky desire to having you screaming before you exit!
Senior Expo and Flu Shot Clinic 2013 Date TBA 9:00 am to 12:00 noon Walnut Senior Center The LA County Health Department will offer free flu shots to seniors. Flu shots are available until 11:30 am.
